  • Do I have to wear my mask inside the attraction?

    Masks must be worn at all times inside the exhibit except when taking a picture.

  • What are the cleaning practices at the exhibit?
    Throughout the day, our team members have been trained to disinfect all touch points immediately after any exposure or contact with guests.
  • Will there be hand sanitizer stations in the exhibit?

    Yes, there will be hand sanitization stations located throughout the exhibit.

  • How early should I arrive?

    We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot. Please do not arrive late as you will lose your entry time and may have to wait a long time before entering the museum.

  • How long will my visit take?

    Your adventure through the museum will depend on how long your encounters are with the monsters inside but allow at least 30 minutes.

  • What should I bring?

    ll you need is your ticket and photo ID.  That’s it!

  • Are food and drink allowed?

    No outside food or drink is permitted within the museum.

  • What should I not bring?

    Strollers with infants that will be terrified by the museum’s inhabitants.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals on a leash and controlled by their owner.

  • Is this going to be scary

    That depends on your reaction to the characters that inhabit the museum.

  • Is this like a haunted House attraction?

    No, this is more like a museum art exhibit.   There may be several “live” characters wandering throughout the experience so be prepared to grab a selfie with anything that moves

  • If I have any medical conditions, what should I be aware of?

    It is important to note that there may be some lighting effects, strobe lights and other atmospheric simulations, so if you suffer from epilepsy or any heart conditions, you may consider not visiting the museum.  These effects are minimal but we need to let you know about them.

  • Is the Museum wheelchair/ADA accessible?

    Yes.

  • Do you have restrooms?

    Yes.

  • Do I have to pay for parking?

    No.  Self-parking is free at the venue.  Valet parking is available at the venue but fees may apply.

  • Can I use my camera flash when taking pictures?

    Yes, but we recommend just using your camera without the flash as there will be atmospheric lighting throughout the attraction and your pictures will look much cooler.

  • Can I take video in the attraction?

    Yes, absolutely.  We encourage you capturing the experience with “live action”.  The characters don’t move but if they do….run!

  • How do I get tickets?

    Pre-sale tickets are available online only.

  • Are there group discounts?
    Yes, we love big groups! For more information, please email info@museumofmonsters.com for details.
  • What if I bought tickets for the wrong date or can’t make it and need a refund?
    All sales are final and there is no refund or exchange of the purchased ticket. Please email to info@museumofmonsters.com and we will try to accommodate you another day.
  • Is the Tour self-guided
    Yes, the experience is self-guided. Take your time visiting with the monsters, just keep moving forward, never backwards.
  • Is there a minimum age for children to enter on their own?
    There is no age minimum. Parents or guardians are encouraged to use their own discretion and understand that they are responsible for their own children whether accompanied or not.
