Yes, there will be hand sanitization stations located throughout the exhibit.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot. Please do not arrive late as you will lose your entry time and may have to wait a long time before entering the museum.
Your adventure through the museum will depend on how long your encounters are with the monsters inside but allow at least 30 minutes.

It is important to note that there may be some lighting effects, strobe lights and other atmospheric simulations, so if you suffer from epilepsy or any heart conditions, you may consider not visiting the museum. These effects are minimal but we need to let you know about them.
